approved major changes to 'Art.16 paragraph 6 on January 16, 2009:
Undertakings set up in corporate form are required to provide your email address in the certified application to the Registration or similar e-mail address based on technologies that guarantee the date and time sending and receiving of communications and the integrity of its content, ensuring interoperability with similar international systems (*). Within three years from the date of entry into force of this decree all companies, already established as a company on the same date of entry into force, notify the register of companies certified electronic mail address. The registration e-mail address in the register of certified companies and its subsequent variations are exempt from stamp duty and administration fees.
(*) In this way,:
- fully implementing the EU Directive No. Of 93 back in 1999 and Art. 15 / 2 of the Bassanini Act of 1997;
- opens the scenario to all the European certification authority as established by the European Directive is that the same digital code of the Administration, by liberalizing the market and no longer limited to certain lobbying;
- it raises and solves the typical problem of PEC use only within Italy is compatibility.
