Article 174 (Obligations of the employer) paragraph 3
The employer organizes and arranges the jobs in Article 173, in accordance ' the minimum requirements set out in Annex XXXIV.
Annex XXXIV of the aforementioned Decree paragraph 1 letter f provides for laptops, in case of extended use, the provision of:
- a keyboard (separate from the screen, and easily adjustable with a mechanism of change slope, matte surface, the features should facilitate the use of keys and symbols on the keys shall be adequately contrasted and legible from the working position);
- a mouse or other pointing device external
- appropriate support, enabling the correct positioning of the screen.
